I came in with terrible pain and in bad shape needing a tooth pulled. The got to me quickly and got me some relief and pulled the tooth within 1 hour. The whole process was fast and I will definitely use them again. Very professional, nice, amd great nurses who stay with you every step of the way!

Dr. Kasem did an amazing job! I had bad pain in my tooth. They took X-rays and found 2 cavities as soon as he did the fillings the pain went away immediately! I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Amazing staff and service!

Very impatient, get in quick get out quick people. Went in to get fillings and I was very nervous, and my doctor told me I needed to be PUT TO SLEEP for fillings. Which does not make any sense. also was told my first visit I had 2 cavities and then when I went to get them filled he said I had 4!!!!

Dr.Kasem was very patient with my 5 year old. She had a mouth full of cavities and I was worried how the treatment would take a long time. They were able to get her in quickly and he made her feel so comfortable. My daughter doesn’t fear the dentist anymore! The staff were all so nice and I highly recommend this office!

Took my kids to appointment and was told they were no longer taking there insurance.did not get a call to tell me ahead of time so I could set them up with a new dentist.they cant see a different dentist until after January.

Visited witha 3 year old and everyone from office staff was WONDERFUL. A TV screen on wall and playing kids shows...let him sit in my lap except for xrays. Will be seeing Dr. Raza for all of my children!

We found this place by chance years ago. Seeking a second opinion on a matter the Dr at Henderson smiles gave us better than good news!! Every staff member has been so kind and very patient With me as well as with my child. My child now 11 absolutely loves going to the dentist! He has had plenty of work done for a child and he still never fears going the next time . Shots and all my son really trusts and cares for his dental team. That’s what counts to me😁

I waited for my next 6 month cleaning at another office before making this review. I decided to go somewhere in network 6 months ago. The hygienist was very friendly but that’s not what disappointed me. When the doctor came and checked me he told me I had MULTIPLE cavities(2,000$ of treatment), I never had a cavity in my life btw. I wanted a second opinion so I waited for my next 6 month cleaning thinking maybe I really did have a few but guess what? I went to my out of network doctor and she told me I was doing great and had 0 cavities. I’m also a dental assistant(6+years) so that’s why I really questioned this place. I only advise that you get a second opinion before you spend your money on there treatment plan.

Hands down this was one of the best experiences I have had in a Dentist Office. The staff were very professional from the front desk to the exam rooms. I do want to especially give a shout out to the Dentist he was awesome, He numbed me just right, I had no pain. He actually was fixing what another Dentist did to me so thanks hats off to Henderson Smiles because I’m smiling again.

This hands down the best dentist office I’ve been to. They are extremely kid friendly and nice…from the front office staff to the dental hygienist to the actual dentist. They had my 4 girls out in under 2 hours. They were patient and really personable. I recommend anyone young and adult to use them as your dentist!!

I don’t understand how you can go one time and be told your child has a large number of cavities and the next time be told they have no cavities when you have only had 3 filled? But then they still want to put you on a treatment plan for the rest of the cavities that they just told you weren’t there????

Took both of my girls ages 3 and 5 my oldest is autistic. They were so kind and patient with both of my girls especially my oldest. Brittany the one that cleaned both of my girls teeth was awesome! I definitely recommend this place these people are so friendly from the front desk to the dental assitants and dentist!

Went in for annual cleaning! Was in an out within an hour! The Hygentist was quick efficient and thorough.She had a beautiful personality as well. Dr Kim as always was wonderful , kind and gentle! I've been afraid of dentists most my life, mostly because I have bad teeth and was victim of bullying all through childhood. I went in for an extraction and they were able to help me same day, Dr Kim and the staff were all so amazing at accommodating my fears and helping subside pain I've had for a while now. I went in being scared of dentists and walked out with confidence in this office. My hope is that one day I can afford all the work I need done, once that happens this will be the place i use from now on. They helped me overcome a fear and pain with simple politeness, professionalism, and understanding. Much love to Dr Kim and all the staffTl;dr great staff, empathetic and polite, will definitely use them again 20/10 would recommend especially those those with dental anxiety :)

To Dr. Kim and all the staff, the experience for my son as a patient and I being his mother, was absolutely fabulous. I called them with an emergency for my son who had a broken tooth and they saw him the same day and made him feel so comfortable as they saw how anxious he was. Best experience with a dental clinic in a long time.Everyone was nice and concerned.Took my daughter in, wound up being an emergency visit as she was in some pain by the time we got there. We had a later appointment and I would like to thank the team for not making us feel like we were rushed through the procedure and out the door. I am so happy my friend told me about Henderson Smiles. The staff is very sweet and super patient. But most importantly the dentist was amazing!! She was extremely kind and talked me through every step. She also kept asking me if I was okay. If I was in pain.Who enjoys going to the dentist? I surely don't. But she made me feel so comfortable while I was there the entire time. I wish I had gotten the girls name that assisted her with me. She was lovely. Super sweet and also showed concern. She even asked me if I wanted to watch anything on Netflix.I recommend you visit Henderson Smiles and recommend them to as many people as you know. They are fabulous. We hardly ever have a wait, always willing to accommodate the kids when they are here! The doctor always makes sure that they are comfortable! I would like to say that the only bad thing is that some of the procedures are costly but they will work with you. Myself and 2 children have had services there and we were treated nicely. Just recently had some work done and I was pleased with the pain care and i really liked when they did a post-call to check on me after procedure was done.

My son has been a patient at Henderson Smiles since he turned 6 months old, and we have always had a pleasant experience. The staff always gets to us at or before our scheduled appointment time, and the dentist is quick to come to the room and take care of my son's teeth. With a squirmy, can't sit still toddler this is a must! And he loves the balloon he gets after every appointment along with his new toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste. We love Henderson Smiles! ????❤️
